Discovery E2E tests

The current discovery E2E tests do not run against a deployed instance of the Discovery Service and they do not run using a real LBS.

We should have:

  • [ ] E2E tests which are disabled on the pipeline and can be run manually before each release (which test using a real LBS)

Moving to backlog as the test coverage that we have currently (integration tests and test using the discovery logic on each E2E run on the "legacy" endpoint) give us good enough coverage for now.
