Deduplicate + integration test join requests

For the concentrator deduplication, integration tests for the data messages were provided in ConcentratorDeduplicationDataMessagesIntegrationTests.cs. We should follow-up with similar tests for the Join requests as well.

Acceptance criteria

  • Concentrator deduplication is integration tested for joins as well
  • Consider extending the DeduplicationStrategyIntegrationTests.cs
