Defining curRequestController inside the create function can lead to a bug.

when fetchFn return a 400 status code , catch will trigger the settimeout run create,so,curRequestController will be create again, and then ...loop again ... version 3.0.1 I see there is pr for this bug, but verison 3.0.1 is not merge?
