draft version reports "dirty" GitTreeState

Draft version reports a "dirty" GitTreeState:

$draft version
&version.Version{SemVer:"v0.16.0", GitCommit:"5433afea1421810ae9d828631d8651de913b347a", GitTreeState:"dirty"}

As I downloaded draft from the releases page and the checksum is ok I expected that the GitTreeState is "clean". That would give people a better feeling that they can reproduce the release and that the contents are excactly as what the git commit promises.

Draft was downloaded with wget https://azuredraft.blob.core.windows.net/draft/draft-v0.16.0-linux-amd64.tar.gz checksum

Checksum is correct so the download seems to be ok.
