The test, TestSaveDirDockerfileExistsInAppDir, looks like it is asserting that an existing Dockerfile can be overwritten during a draft create. That is not and should not be the behavior, so we need to take a closer looks at this test to really understand what it is doing, why it is there, and if it is correct.

Loooooooong ago this was intentional by design, but I agree this should not be the behaviour after we've received feedback.
