Azure Pipelines will not run the associated pipelines, because the pull request was updated after the run command was issued. Review the pull request again and issue a new run command.
In the description where it says closes it self-references this PR, I think you meant to use this link to the issue https://github.com/Azure/data-api-builder/issues/2644
Since SWA is a deprecated option now, should we log that it is deprecated for the user if they are using it?
