Create Performance Benchmark Tests

We need a test suite to measure the performance and have the baseline of performance for each database implementations.

This will be performed as a series of steps

  • [ ] Performance Testing in Local environment (#816 )
  • [ ] Performance Testing in hosted environment (#885 )
