View Type Definition - is not showing up in VS hover. We need to investigate

VS lsp doesn't support links. Logged a bug on VS side.

It looks like this is resolved for now. Taking this off the current milestone. TODO for bhavya is to log this on the VS LSP end and we'll follow up when they add this link functionality.
