Release bicep visualizer as cli

I really love the bicep visualizer. It really helps to get an overview of the system.

Therefore I'd like to generate such diagram during a pipeline run to be used as (living) documentation. So exposing the functionality as cli tool would be great. This ensures the documentation always being up to date with the actual template. A png or svg is sufficient for the purpose I have in mind.
