URL to access package schema is offline

I'm trying to package a model with the az model package command, but the URL that provides the package schema is currently offline.

The URL in question: http://azureml/sdk-2-0/ModelVersionPackage.json

Steps to reproduce

1. Access http://azureml/sdk-2-0/ModelVersionPackage.json
2. Verify it's offline, no package deployment via CLI should work as a result.

Expected behavior

A json being returned.

Actual behavior

The page can't be reached.
