Add TemplateLink object support to azure_rm_deployment

We store our ARM templates in private git repository as a result azure_rm_deployment is usless. Could you please change template_link parameter to TemplateLink object In this case I will be able to use relativePath for local modules or Template Link id for referencing a Template Spec.
