Update `github.com/microsoftgraph/msgraph-beta-sdk-go` to latest

We're currently using v0.7.0 of the sdk and there have been numerous improvements since to remove duplicate interfaces, serialize/deserialize errors, etc and includes breaking changes.

I closed #435 because the latest version of msgraph sdk takes longer to build and golangci-lint always times out. I see multiple other projects have disabled lint because of this, but I don't want us to go down that route. The version of the msgraph sdk we're using today works (even though it increases the build time considerably).

We need to wait for this https://github.com/microsoftgraph/msgraph-sdk-go/issues/129 to be resolved/investigation concluded before we try to upgrade to the latest.
