[BugBash][LiveTrace] New trace will lead to live trace auto refresh to the first page

Describe the bug

When there're more than 50 traces and have pagination, and go to the second page. Then get a new trace coming, the live trace tool will auto return to first page.

Expected

Refresh while keep pagination.
