Remove analyzers projects

Removes unused analyzer projects. These are no longer actively developed and use the legacy style VSIX analyzer. They are being flagged as out of compliance, so instead of bringing them up to date opting to delete.

If we need these we can evaluate bringing them back in the new roslyn analyzer style at a later date.
