APIM Product Group assignment appears to be missing.

Describe the current behavior I can create a Product and it gets the "Administrators" group assigned by default. In the Azure Portal, this shows up as under "Access Control" for the product.

Describe the improvement I want to be able to assign additional groups. The default groups Administrators, Developers, Guests should be assignable as well as custom groups that I add to APIM (including external groups, e.g. Entra ID or AAD B2C).

Additional context In the Bicep definitions, this appears to be here: Microsoft.ApiManagement service/products/groups.

Also, a way to create Groups would be needed to support custom group assignment to a product.

@clarenceb we do not have full coverage for APIM yet given our broad API surface but added your ask to our list

We still want to do this.

We're still interested in doing this. Will need to work with @tomkerkhove to determine if his team will implement it, or if it's something we need to do.

We don't have time at the moment as nobody is asking for it; but if customers want then let me know and can see if we can fit it in.

Still something that would be nice to do - this request did come from a customer after all =)
