[Perf] Move tests from "system_perfstress" to a "normal" project

If possible, I think we should eliminate the special system_perfstress project, and move all the tests to "normal" perf projects, that are built and run just like the service perf tests (i.e. using command perfstress instead of systemperf).

It's simpler and more consistent to run all tests the same way, rather than having a special case for system_perfstress.
