Replace Accept header transform with a swagger fix

We should remove https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net/blob/master/sdk/search/Azure.Search.Documents/src/autorest.md#set-odatametadata-accept-header-in-operations in favor of setting a global/per-operation produces value in searchservice.json.

After the https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net/pull/14407 is merged.
