Guest Configuration Assignments Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, but this is very important to us. Our codebase is completely based on javascript SDK and this is the only one in which we have to use the REST API instead of js package making it stand out.

Describe the solution you'd like https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/guestconfiguration/guest-configuration-assignments?view=rest-guestconfiguration-2022-01-25 I would request a package for these APIs. Even Python has a pacahe for it :)
