[Azure Load Testing] Fix README samples and remove fasterxml imports

Description

azure-developer-loadtesting SDK sample used uploadTestFileWithResponse method which is supposed to be package private. Replaced it with beginUploadTestFile method which is the recommendation.

Fixes #41411
