Azure 1st Party Service can try out the Shift Left experience to initiate API design review from ADO code repo. Consider updating to v3 ProxyResoruce which should already defines SystemData for you - or maybe even later versions, I haven't seen them used too much yet though, so my confidence in them is less than 100%.
