Broken Links on Readme/Learn Page

Issue Details

When clicking any of the links under the Quickstart links, you get a 404 error. It seems like the href URL is just incorrect. (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/samples/azure/azure-quickstart-templates/recovery-services-create-vm-and-configure-backup/)

Repro steps (if necessary, delete otherwise)
