Description of the new feature

The module doesn't seem to support the new 'Runtime Environments' which also brought about support for PowerShell 7.4. Could this please be added?

I have upgraded to the latest 1.11.2 version of Az.Automation, and 7.4 is not available. Also, I don't believe modifying the parameter to accept 7.4 is enough here, since the introduction to the 'Runtime Environments' might have changed how things work. So as #27235 suggests, it did not get fixed 15th of May 2025 (not even the parameter validation).
