Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring

Hi, I am working on some AKS policies that may need add some judgements in 'if' field to restrict the policy evaluation happening only when certain feature is enabled. For example, I create one policy for windows containers, but I only want to apply this policy to clusters with windows nodepool. Another example is that a policy to warn using deprecated k8s resource api. But without k8s version, I cannot determine the api deprecation list. If the policy definition can read alias kubernetes version, it will help.
