Create a new versions of bindings.json file that align with each of the bundles catered by the repository

Right now the file bindings.json is just a single that serves all the templates and bundles. With bundle v3 and v4 the metadata for each of the bindings is likely to be different for several bindings and we would need to generate a new bindings.json file to reflect that.
