Add IoT Hub Python template

There isn't a template for IoT Hub in Python, but the other languages are supported. Although it would be the same as the event hub trigger, using the event hub compatible endpoint, it would be more user friendly to have an IoT Hub template to avoid relying on developers knowing that they need the event hub trigger.
