Log streaming in Flex

Log streaming in Flex is inconsistent. Sometimes the logs appear after a 10-minute wait, but more often, they don't show up at all.

Mostly I don't see them every showing up, I have to go to appinsights logs to see them, usually with a 30 second delay or so.
