[Feature Request] Create agent pools
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to be able to create agent pools using automation.

az pipelines pool create ...
Additional context We provision AKS clusters for development teams. These come with pre-provisioned service connections, containerised azure devops agents, etc. that can all be done using automation. But we cannot automatically create a new agent pool for them, it has to be done manually.

we would also very much welcome this addition. Currently this is the only step that needs to be executed manually in between an otherwise automated pipeline for onboarding new teams onto Azure DevOps in our organization.

Same here, would like to be able to automate the creation of agent pools to add my own (GPU accelerated) build agents. The REST API appears to already exist, so it should be possible to expose it via the "az" CLI: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/azure/devops/distributedtask/pools?view=azure-devops-rest-6.0
HI dear community, I have the same need. I am creating a new pipeline where I create a custom image as well the ScaleSet via terraform.
TF doesn't support is at the moment therefore would be great to have it at least via az cli. What I am looking for specifically it to enable the autoscaling option of a self-hosted scaleset as documented here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/pipelines/agents/scale-set-agents?view=azure-devops#create-the-scale-set-agent-pool at the point 5.
