404 on az pipelines create

I don't know where to post this. The developercommunity says this is an error we should open here... Basically, every time we run az pipelines create using the latest version, we simply get a 404 error, the command simply doesn't work.

I've got customers reporting this same issue, 404 when using az pipelines create unless they specify an existing yml file: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-devops-docs/issues/13016
