Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want the repository documentation url to direct me to a valid website like https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/cli/?view=azure-devops

Describe the solution you'd like Update the repository documentation url to whatever is the most appropriate hosted documentation for the Azure DevOps CLI.

Additional context https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/ext/azure-devops/?view=azure-cli-latest is the current url. I'm not saying what this should be but https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/cli/ is the only thing I've found.
