Fail to run task `start api` for `todo-python-mongo-swa-func` on Mac env

Describe the issue: When running the start api task, it fails with the following error message: image

Repro Steps:

  1. Run azd init -t todo-python-mongo-swa-func -b staging.
  2. Run azd auth login.
  3. Run azd up
  4. Click F1 -> Run task -> Start api and web.

Environment:

  • Template: todo-python-mongo-swa-func.
  • Azd version: azd version 1.10.0-beta.1-daily.4086794 (commit 9445b193c91acfa2d4bcae129cb7471ecc101e11).
  • OS: Mac.
  • Branch: Staging.

Expected behavior: start api task can run successfully.
