Use Azure App Configuration as configuration solution

In my opinion the AKS template is already sufficiently complex and I don't want to overwhelm users with more optional resources and configuration. Instead I would consider forking or building a new template to publish to Awesome AZD to showcase all the great things the configuration service can provide to AKS customers.

I agree, publishing a separate template is a great solution in this case.
