This doesn't work on intel macOS

Trying to set this docker image for:

MacOS 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 MacOS Monterey 12.2.1 (21D62) Docker version 24.0.6, build ed223bc

I followed the instructions here but I'm running into the following error. The container doesn't start.

No it is not working on Intel chips as well with latest tag, please do something to support it on Intel macs. Thanks!
