Status of vector/full-text/hybrid search in the preview Linux-based emulator

Out of the box, it seems like these features aren't supported (Not supported function call VECTORDISTANCE with 4 arguments); can the status of these be clarified (e.g. is a command-line switch needed), and if they're not yet available, is there a time estimate for them?
