azure-cli cli should support managing Azure Analysis Services

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. azure-cli doesn't appear to support managing Azure Analysis Services

Describe the solution you'd like I would like az commands for the following operations: suspend, resume, scale (more generally set instances properties) create, and refresh / execute query

Describe alternatives you've considered PowerShell or the REST Api can be used but it creates additional complexity

we'll take a look for priotization. Just FYI, the swagger is 6-yr ago and seems it's owner by Azure service team than us. But anyways we'll reach out to them if anything they plan to onboard CLI soon. Thanks
