azure-cli-extensions {aksarc} and {akshybrid} - autogenerated content contains broken links

Describe the bug

This is coming to my attention from the autogenerated Available Azure CLI extensions doc.

Line 36: [Suggestion] Link 'https://dev.azure.com/msazure/msk8s/_git/hybridaks-utils/azcli/aksarc' points to a page that doesn't exist. Check the path or URL and update the link.

Please route to service team and/or update lines 9817 and 9871 (%/azcli/aksarc), and lines 9983 and 9928 (%/azcli/akshybrid) in azure-cli-extensions/src/index.json that contain these "Home" links.

It's an issue due to authentication as their code is in private repository.

@HariPrasadV , @jsntcy, The broken link oversight committee is notifying me again of the following in azure-cli-extension-listmd.

Link 'https://dev.azure.com/msazure/msk8s/_git/hybridaks-utils/azcli/akshybrid' points to a page that doesn't exist. Check the path or URL and update the link.

Can you kindly give this another pass as this is our one remaining broken link in the extension's doc.
