Hello Team, I encountered the error while exporting the entire resource where my Azure services exists - The Gateway did not recieve a response from "Microsoft.AzureTerraform" within the specicified period of time.

I browsed to the Resource Group AM-ContainerApps-RG > Automation > Export Template > Terraform > AzureRM

The Export started but it took a long time before throwing the Error

Next I did is, went inside the Resource group and selected all the resources and then expected.

The Export was successful.

My question: Is this the right approach ? Why do I have to select all resources inside a Resource Group to export ? Why can we export Terraform configuration files from Resource Group Level ?

@arindam0310018 Thanks for raising the issue! Normally the resource group export should also work. The error you received might indicates the service didn't respond until timeout. Could you please run the resource group export again, and get the x-ms-correlation-request-id from the response header?

The way you get it is a little bit inconvinient:

Before clicking the "Export template" button, press F12 to open your browser's devtool. Then click on "Export template", meanwhile go to "Network" tab and look at the first batch request:

Confirm this batch request includes a request to the Microsoft.AzureTerraform service.

Then click on the "Headers" and get the x-ms-correlation-request-id. So that we can take another look at.
