[Feature Request] Support Multiple Management Group IDs

Describe the feature

In the latest version of AZQR (ie. v2.3.0) it supports providing a --management-group-id. It would be useful to have the option to provide multiple Management Group IDs (ie. --management-group-id <management_group_id1> <management_group_id2>).

This will enable scanning multiple Management Groups versus having to run the tool multiple times.
