Paraview on desktop Ubuntu 20.04

When running paraview on Ubuntu 20.04 there are errors like these when starting paraview

Repro will be to use the desktop-ubuntu_2004 image for the viz3d queue

I suspect what's happening is that the pvserver is taking a while to startup and the client is too quick to attempt to connect to pvserver. A fix would be to delay the server-connect till server has started up.
