enable domain rejoin via tag

run ./install.sh ad --tags=ad-rejoin

@xpillons this is untested; just one suggestion to resolve https://github.com/Azure/az-hop/issues/1152

it will only run if the ad-rejoin tag is specified.

this role is called by multiple playbooks, so I guess the tag would need to be passed from playbooks to roles. Would be nice to test it for sure.
