[FEATURE REQ] Credential Manager and API Ops

Please describe the feature.

Would be good to be able to use API ops store,version control and inflate the credential manager. This would also be good to be associated with Workspaces so that this can be workgroup controlled. However probably the most important bits are

• APIOps and Credential Manager.
• Secret Handling so that this is not part of the source code repository.
