[Question] List necessary RBAC roles

Question Details

It might be useful to update the wiki to indicate the necessary RBAC roles for performing the actions carried out by APIOps tools.

Expected behavior

For example, users or SPs will need the "API Management Service Contributor" role to manipulate the resources managed by Publisher or "Reader" role to extract informations.

Actual behavior

No indication related to the necessary permissions.
