[FEATURE REQ] Replace Tokens task update to version 6

Please describe the feature.

The replace tokens task - task: qetza.replacetokens.replacetokens-task.replacetokens@3 is currently using version 3. Can this be updated to a latest version as our Azure DevOps environment is not supporting the version 3. Thank you.
