[Feature Request] Support for API Release

Add support for API Release

This issue is to get a feature to support for API Release

In order to create a API Release here are the pre-req

  • There should be more than 1 revisions for an API
  • When we make an api revision (lets say rev=2) to current (IsCurrent = True)

An API release could be created
