Improve the API Details console via remembering a user's input when closing the try it tab

Within the API Detail's console, for the user's session inputted parameters should be remembered when closing the try it tab.

Currently when a user enters data then closes the try it tab. The current inputted data is lost, so I'm suggesting for that input to be saved for the user's session so when it is re-opened it is prepopulated based off the data before it was closed.

Additional Feature related to this. A user should be able to switch to a different operation, version, and API and the user's input would be remembered for the session. So a user can try out multiple operations and their data would be maintained for the session.
