API List Widget - Show API Tags

@mikebudzynski I've had a further thought regarding this. Rather than putting all the tags in a single column or the operation page. We could use the API Tags to define custom columns, within our enterprise. i.e. add an Owner tag: John Doe or an Approver tag and in the widget define tags names to be include as column entries. You may want to exclude these from the group by tag. Hope this makes sense.
