Action should cleanup kubeconfig from runner in post run

Cleanup generated kubeconfig from runner by default or leave config by flag

Hi @bonddim! This looks like it can be done with runs.post. This isn't a priority for us right now but we'd welcome any PRs adding this functionality. Thanks!
