Late implementer of this B2B example code

Hello, I have worked through the initial stages of the operational example and am getting this error below when I make my request for a pre-authorized MS Tenant partner.

"Error: Invite not sent - API error: Server response: Internal Server Error. Server detail: Directory invite operation failed)"

I have verified all instructions have been followed. I have written my own email letter, too. The error exists before I attempt to approve the access request and doesn't resolve after I approve the request either.

I would love to complete this as I have a desire to demo this to my international teams.
