Webapp Container deployment status verification

Currently there is no way to get the success/fail status of a web app for container post an image update.

Status: App service team shared an early preview spec for: Status API which can give health status of worker instances. We need to explore the feature. Kudu logstream API can be used to get rolling logs after container deployment. But there is no filter today, we could parse it for keywords like “image pull” and check success. Working with app service team to explore this further.
