Scope Security/ Vulnerability scan to certain image tags only

What is the problem you're trying to solve Right now the ACR gets scanned by "Microsoft Defender for Cloud" it also flagged old images. (e.g. non latest) How can we scope it to only report/alert on certain image tags (e.g. latest)
