Enable notifications for ACR Tasks

What is the problem you're trying to solve When a task fails, I would like to be notified so I can take appropriate actions.

Describe the solution you'd like The following two functionalities will give maximum flexibility:

  • Send a message (EventGrid)
  • Call a webhook

/cc @mnltejaswini - The cross cloud publishing scenario become so much more easier if we had task integration as a publisher and subscriber.

This issue is stale because it has been open 60 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 30 days.
